The was a shoot for Arista Records publicity. It was my first shoot with a “boy band” if I don’t include New Kids on the Block in 1988. LFO was part of the “boy band” wave in the early 2000’s. They were three members… Rich Cronin, Brad Fischetti and Devin Lima. All good young singers with a passion for the band.
We did the shoot at some funky studio on Burbank, CA. It was pretty cheap, low key and NOT a lot to work with. I think when my assistant and I walked in we laughed and rolled our eyes. I told him… WTF we gonna do with this? And he said… “the best we can”. And we did. Super easy shoot cuz the band made it easy.
What I found out when I did research for this post made me sad. Two of the members Rich Cronin and Devin Lima passed away years ago. It bummed me out. The only member left is Brad Fischetti. I hope he is good.
