08.25.97 – Bernie Taupin | Lippman Entertainment
Another great day with Bernie Taupin! This time I was shooting for publicity photos. I did this shoot for my good friends at Lippman Entertainment. We did the shoot at Cicada Restaurant cuz it’s in a beautiful Art Deco building in downtown LA. Super stylish and beautiful.
The shoot was easy cuz I had shot Bernie before. This was the first time without his band. Just Bernie! We shot in the lobby for a couple shots, but the best location was in a private suite in the Penthouse of the building. It was a secret location and only we got to shoot in it. I loved shooting at this location and had wished to shoot there again, but never did.
