Great Moments
“We do not remember days, we remember moments.” I’ve had too may moments to count. I’ve met and shot too many of my heroes. Spent time with some of the coolest people on earth. Lucky enough to have more than a few special moments. These are special moments that I will never forget and will always be grateful for. Today’s GREAT Moment…
Jack Lemmon & Walter Matheau | 01.13.98
I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon with these legends for simple shoot. I had to wait a couple hours before the showed up and were ready, but when they did show up they were brilliant. Walter was so mellow and Jack so nice. They were legends and two great actors that I was a BIG fan of. Meeting them and taking their picture was more than an honor, it was a blessing.
I got to tell Jack that The Great Race was one of my favorite movies ever. Told Walter that The Fortune Cookie was brilliant. Just being around them was amazing, but having a chance to talk and ask my typical dumb questions was super fun. The shoot was so smooth. They had done more than a few in their time. In the end I just shook their hands, remained calm and said thank you. Then I got to my car and screamed like a 14 year old grrl. Haha!
