What a wild and fun day shooting with my favorite guitar player, Dave Navarro! We were at the legendary Alexandria Hotel in Los Angeles for the video shoot of Rexall, the single from his first solo record Trust No One on Capital Records.
As always, I grabbed plenty of behind-the-scenes shots and a few simple portraits on set. At the time, Dave was dating Carmen Electra, and she came along to hang out—so of course I convinced them to pose together for a portrait.
Shooting Dave is always a blast. He’s effortless in front of the camera and somehow makes every frame look good. After all the sessions we’ve done together, I can honestly say—he’s never taken a bad photo. Not once.
