Epic Records made the call and asked me to direct this video for The Trees. I had known the guys for a while and seen them play a bunch in Seattle. The CD, Shadow of the Season, to this day is one of my favorites. A brilliant collection of brilliant songs! I feel it’s their best CD ever! I had two days to make this video and my first real budget. The band was amazing and the shoot went smooth. It was song that was created for a road trip so thats where the video took me.
